ABOUT Me
Life has a funny way of surprising us.
Sometimes the change is exciting—a new relationship, a new city, retirement, or the chance to finally chase a dream you’ve been putting off. Other times, life hands us something we didn’t ask for, and we’re left wondering, “Now what?”
Those moments can feel overwhelming, but they can also become the beginning of something wonderful.
That’s why I love coaching.
For more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of people navigate life’s transitions, discover their next chapter, and create meaningful, lasting change. One of the greatest joys of my work is watching clients not only achieve their goals but continue building on them long after our work together has ended.
I’ve learned that there isn’t one “right” way to build a meaningful life. Every person has their own story, values, dreams, and definition of success. My role isn’t to tell you what your life should look like—it’s to help you discover what feels true for you and then give you the support, structure, resources, and encouragement to move toward it. I also serve as a safety net, helping you stay focused so you don’t get stuck or spend your time and energy in the wrong places.
I’m endlessly curious about people. I love hearing their stories, asking thoughtful questions, and helping them connect the dots in ways they may never have seen before. Watching someone gain confidence, make a courageous decision, or realize they’re more capable than they believed never gets old.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll often find me planning my next adventure. I love exploring new cultures, wandering through historic neighborhoods, discovering little cafés, and imagining what it would be like to call another place home for a while. Travel has taught me that sometimes changing your surroundings helps you see yourself in a completely new way.
Whether you’re looking to strengthen a relationship, move forward after betrayal, start a new chapter, or explore living abroad, coaching is about creating a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and fully your own.
My hope is simple.
That you’ll leave every conversation feeling a little clearer, a little more confident, and excited about what’s possible.
I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you write your next chapter.
